A family escape filled with laughter

The beach cabana was a delightful spot for the whole family, perfect for sunbathing and cocktails. The kids adored the water slides—pure joy radiated from their smiles!

The noise level during meals was overwhelming, making it hard to have a conversation. Acoustics need improvement. it felt chaotic during peak times.

The spacious Junior Suite was a highlight, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The food options showcased fresh farm-to-table products, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the location of our initial room made it challenging as it was above a buffet, leading to strong cooking odors. The waiting times for restaurants were frustrating, particularly at the Italian venue where we encountered a two-hour wait. Additionally, the aging facilities, including some maintenance issues, detracted from an otherwise enjoyable family vacation.

We had such a blast with the kids at the pools, especially watching our little one zoom down the water slides non-stop! The beachfront access and the amazing kids' activities kept everyone entertained and relaxed. Just a heads up, the checkout process could be a bit smoother, but it didn't ruin our awesome family time! 🌊

This place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, kids club, and outdoor pool are just what I need. I still remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten jewelry during my first visit. I highly recommend enjoying the 24-hour...

Great family vacation spot

The kids loved the VIP access,, they were always at the pool playing games! They had an amazing time with the jet skis, even, got some great pictures.

It was a bit pricey for what we got, but we made it work.

Outstanding service, beautiful oceanfront room.

We just had a lovely four-night stay that was perfect for our family! The food at the Asian restaurant was truly exceptional and the buffet had some delightful options, especially breakfast. Plus, we enjoyed the easy access to the beach, which made our time by the sea that much more relaxing. The only downside was that the cabana on our patio was further away than we expected, but overall, we would definitely come back for another family getaway!

the hotel is super close to great restaurants like Pelicanos and El Mirador. You can easily walk to Parque Ventura Cancun and the Cancun Wax Museum to soak in some local culture. as a single traveler, I loved the welcoming atmosphere of the staff which made my experience even better.

The service was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to ensure a good experience. The beach was lovely, perfect for relaxation, though the food quality could be improved. The loud music in the evenings made conversation difficult, which was somewhat disappointing for a family-friendly atmosphere.

We had a solid time at this all-inclusive spot! The beach was beautiful, serving as the perfect backdrop for our family getaway. Claudia and Karina on the beach made our cabana days super fun with their friendly service. The food was hit or miss, especially at dinner, but breakfast at the café was always a win! A few staff members were a bit grumpy, which was a bummer.
